For many men, prostate massage is a taboo sexual practice. Yet it offers intense pleasure, which some even describe as a “super orgasm”.
The prostate is a male gland located under the bladder, in front of the rectum. It measures the size of a chestnut and produces the seminal fluid contained in sperm. Beyond its role in reproduction, it has far more sulphurous properties. Nicknamed the “P-spot”, it is considered to be man’s G-spot. Thanks to its proximity to the urethra, its stimulation multiplies pleasure.
Prostate massage delivers powerful pleasure, with sensations that differ from the orgasm triggered by stimulation of the penis. The pleasure experienced is internal, longer, stronger and more diffuse. It is similar to that felt by women during vaginal orgasm.
How to massage the prostate to stimulate a man’s G-spot?
For successful stimulation of the male G-spot, prostate massage should be performed in a relaxed state. Otherwise, you run the risk of not feeling pleasure or not achieving penetration. For some men, this may take some getting used to, proceeding gradually. It’s important to take your time and listen to your body.
Preparing for prostate massage
Stimulation of the male G-spot through prostate massage can be performed in a number of different ways, either alone or with a partner. Two positions are recommended: on your back, with your knees bent over your chest, or on all fours. Of course, other positions can be adopted, the important thing being that access to your anus is unobstructed.
Start by working on dilating your anus by massaging its contours, then inserting one, two or three fingers. Alternatively, an anal plug can be used. When massaging the prostate, the fingertip should point towards the stomach, not the back. During penetration, push as if you were on the toilet. This action will relax the sphincter muscles and, by extension, facilitate the process. Advance gently until you feel the prostate beneath your pulp: it has a slightly soft texture, like a foam ball. Follow the natural curve of the rectum, without forcing. There’s no need to go too far: it’s seven centimetres from the anus (about the second phalanx of a finger).
Successful prostate stimulation
To stimulate a man’s G-spot, apply gentle pressure to the prostate, flexing and extending your finger. The “come here” gesture is particularly effective. You can vary the force and make light circular movements to increase stimulation.
If you don’t want to use your finger (or if your partner isn’t so inclined), or if you want to vary the pleasures, many sex toys are designed for this purpose. These include prostate stimulators and some anal plugs. A dildo can also be used. For even more intense stimulation, opt for a vibrating model.
Precautions to take
There are a number of precautions to be taken when stimulating a man’s G-spot through prostate massage. Before you start, wash your hands thoroughly. Do the same with sex toys, rinsing them with warm water and soap or using a product dedicated to this purpose. If you use your fingers, make sure your fingernails are short and well filed to avoid injury.
Unlike the vagina, the anus and rectum are not naturally lubricated. The use of a lubricant is therefore recommended. Choose a product dedicated to anal use, which won’t dry out with back-and-forth movements.
